Hand picked in small crates
Vinification
Gentle pressing, static cold settling, inoculation with selected yeasts and then fermentation in AISI 316 stainless steel, without sulfur dioxide.
Maturation
12 months in small steel tanks and subsequently in bottle. The refermentation takes place in small autoclaves, with daily agitation of the lees, for at least 90 days

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
