The Fruit

Brought to Sicily in Roman times, the varieties of the island include those of Scillato, Ninfa, Regina and Maiolino.

Since 2010, the Tsunami variety has been introduced from France, which has found in Sicily the ideal conditions to establish itself as an early variety.

In producing its apricot jam, Cascina Bonfiglio is faithful to the ancient Sicilian tradition.

This is why we hand-stoned the best apricots grown exclusively in Sicily, especially the Tsunami variety.

The result will be a jam that contains 105% fruit per 100g of product.
