All the enveloping flavor of apricots from Sicilian organic farming, skilfully processed to enhance the sweet and delicate flavor of the fruit, concentrated in an extra jam with an intense orange color, as well as its scent and soft texture, given the high content of fruit used.

The Fruit

It is the summer fruit par excellence, characterized by a velvety and thin skin, a bright orange color, a sweetly inviting aroma and flavor.

In Sicily, thanks to the climate, this plant has found the ideal conditions to establish itself as an early variety; this allows the organic production of a fruit with excellent properties, without the use of chemical pesticides.

Preparation and Characteristics

We concentrate 1100 g of BIO apricots to produce 1 kg of extra jam, following the ancient recipe of the Sicilian tradition, without adding thickeners or pectin.

Subjected to manual sorting and pitting, they are processed with the addition of pulp and puree, to ensure maximum creaminess and enhance all the flavor of the best fruit we select, thus obtaining a jam with a genuine and unforgettable taste.

Health Benefits

Apricots are fruits rich in mineral fibers and vitamins A and C, and, despite their very sweet taste, they do not contain an excessive amount of sugar and are low in calories.

The high presence of minerals such as potassium, phosphorus, sodium, iron and calcium makes it an excellent ally in cases of anemia, fatigue and convalescence.

Among the nutraceutical properties of the fruit, the antioxidant function should also be highlighted, counteracting the action of free radicals and protecting the body.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
