COLOUR: Intense pink with slightly violet reflections
BOUQUET: Persuasive, refined with flavors of forest undergrowth red fruits
AROMA: Rightly sapid and persistent
GRAPES: Raboso and Pinot noir.
SUNLIGHT: North-South exposure.
VINEYARD ALTITUDE: 50 meters above sea level.
VINEYARD TYPE: Sylvoz system and double arched vines.
HARVEST PERIOD Raboso – early October, Pinot noir – end of August.
VINIFICATION Rosé vinification with a light maceration in the press; fermentation in steel tanks
AGING Wine maturation in steel tanks for 4 months in contact with yeasts; then follows a slow traditional sparkling process.
ALCOHOL CONTENT 11 % vol.
SERVING TEMPERATURE 6-8° C.
FOOD PAIRING: Excellent as aperitif, good also with vegetable appetizers, seafood and raw food.
PLANTING DENSITY: 3000-4000 vines per hectare.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
